Why Com.IPM?
In industrial production, users have to establish the capability of their processes, particularly for certification.
ComPro GmbH offers software tools to support users in the qualification of measurement and inspection processes in accordance with VDA Volume 5 and the AIAG’s MSA guidelines. In addition, Com.IPM suggests potentially suitable measuring devices or measuring equipment for the individual characteristics during inspection planning – based on an existing inspection equipment database.
In addition to the software, the ComPro team offers consulting and training to qualify employees for new challenges. This also applies to the new SPC manual, which will soon be published jointly by the VDA and the AIAG. The courses can be conducted both in person and online. They are available as open training courses, but can also be conducted in-house with individually tailored content.

As experts in quality management software, the aim is to achieve the highest possible degree of automation, support users in implementing requirements and suggest alternative solutions.

With the help of ComPro software, our customers can efficiently meet the requirements set out in international standards and guidelines on measurement uncertainty and SPC (statistical process control). We see our software as an adaptive toolset that can be individually tailored to the specific tasks of each user and brings about success for individual objectives. ComPro GmbH stands for in-depth expertise in inspection processes, statistics and measurement uncertainty. We pass on this knowledge: in collaboration with Carl Hanser Verlag, we have published numerous specialist books in which Dr Edgar Dietrich, together with experienced experts, presents complex statistical topics in a practical way. The content is supplemented by specific application examples from industrial manufacturing, making the theory tangible.
Renowned journals for quality management also regularly publish articles that address current developments and provide new impetus for practical application.
