The i-Board is web-based drill-down dashboard that can easily monitor the quality of the entire manufacturing process by arranging the process line, process, machine, part, and inspection characteristics in order. i-Board automatically updates important information on a dashboard specified by the quality manager.
It automatically updates important information designed by the quality manager with specialized big data handling to keep an eye on it. Even large amounts of data are quickly loaded from the central database. i-Board supports two types of central databases: MySQL and MS SQL Server.
User-defined drilldown and settings
With flexible user define settings, it can be defined as a drill-down structure up to n-level based on various process information. To do this, users create their own drilldown tree structure. They can then display the data stored in the central database for each process step. Users can easily change and set the monitoring period, color, and warning limits to customization. It is designed to be customized without program coding. Once a dashboard has been defined, it can also be displayed and used throughout the entire plant, depending on the settings.
Auto-update and slide show
It supports automatic updates and slideshow based on user settings. Repeatedly switching drill-down structure information (line > process> machine > parts > inspection characteristics >data, etc.) without clicks, allowing operators and quality managers to check the quality information and respond immediately.
The graphics and charts available in i-Board include bar charts, value charts, control charts (QCC) and positional tolerances.
